Every Ray’s Tech Services website includes an ongoing managed service plan. It covers hosting on our servers, routine maintenance, keeping the site online, and three minor revision requests each month. Pricing is based on the finished page count, not the package name.

Every monthly plan includes hosting on Ray’s Tech Services servers, routine maintenance, keeping the site online, and 3 minor revision requests per month.
HOW REVISIONS WORK
Minor revision: a small change affecting less than roughly 25% of one existing page. Examples include updating text, replacing an image, changing business hours or contact details, or making a small layout adjustment. Three minor revision requests are included each month.
Revision Package: one purchase can fully redo 1 existing page, or change up to 50% of as many as 3 existing pages. Pricing is quoted before the work begins so the scope and cost are clear.
Larger redesign: work beyond that scope is quoted separately and may be priced as a new build depending on the size of the change.

FAQ
The important stuff
Can you replace my existing website?
Yes. Full-site redesigns are priced using the same Starter, Plus, Ultimate, or Enterprise structure based on the finished site. We can keep useful content from the current site and rebuild the parts that need to change.
Is the monthly plan optional?
No. Sites built by Ray’s Tech Services are paired with the managed hosting and maintenance plan after launch. The monthly price depends on the finished number of pages.
What counts as a minor revision?
A small change affecting less than roughly one quarter of a single existing page, such as text updates, image swaps, business-hour changes, contact-detail changes, or small layout adjustments.
What happens when a change is bigger?
A Revision Package can cover a full redo of one existing page or changes to as much as 50% of up to three existing pages. Larger redesigns are quoted separately.
Who owns the domain and what happens if service ends?
Ownership, domain handling, cancellation, and transfer terms are provided in writing before a project is approved so there are no surprises.
